Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Talk2Mee mobile app, web app, and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Mastermind. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Talk2Mee. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you can enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your account, your phone number, and your sign-in credentials. Do not share your account or let others use it.
• Use your own recent photos and accurate profile information. Do not impersonate anyone.
• One account per person. We may suspend or remove duplicate, fake, or misleading accounts.

3. Consent-based calls and messages

Talk2Mee does not connect strangers automatically. Calls are requests, and the other person must accept before any call media is set up. You must respect the other person's choices, including declining, blocking, or ending a conversation. Do not record or share a call without the other person's permission and any consent required by law.

4. Community rules

You must not use Talk2Mee to:

• harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or abuse anyone;
• promote hate, violence, or discrimination;
• post nudity, sexually explicit content, or any content involving minors;
• create, upload, request, or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or engage in child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE);
• impersonate anyone, spam, scam, or run deceptive promotions;
• collect other people's information without consent, or break the law;
• interfere with the Service, bypass security, or scrape data.

We have zero tolerance for CSAE. We remove such content, suspend or ban accounts, preserve evidence where permitted, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority.

5. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant Talk2Mee a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, and display your content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for backups, safety records, and legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your content.

6. Coins, purchases, and creator earnings

• Coins and other digital items are sold through Google Play. Google Play billing and refund rules apply. We do not process card payments directly.
• Prices, rates, and available features may change. We will show the price before a purchase or paid call.
• Creator rates, revenue share, and payout eligibility are set by Talk2Mee. Creators must provide accurate payout details and comply with these Terms and applicable tax rules.
• Purchases are for personal use. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Safety and moderation

We may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Reports are private. We may also remove accounts for inactivity or legal reasons. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses third parties such as Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, and app stores. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any conversation will be safe or suitable. Talk2Mee is a platform for conversations; we do not endorse, verify, or guarantee statements made by members or creators. Verification means a safety review of a submitted selfie, not a background check.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talk2Mee and Mastermind are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content licences for retained records, safety obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
